Group Coaching

Group Coaching for Design & Product Leaders

Sometimes leadership can feel heavier than it needs to be. You’re making big decisions, managing complex teams, navigating shifting priorities — and often doing it without a proper space to think things through.

Group coaching gives you that space.

This isn’t a course or a curriculum. There are no modules to revise, no homework, and no slides. It’s a small group of senior design and product leaders meeting regularly to work through real challenges in real time.

How it works

Each session begins with one simple question:

“What would be the most useful thing for us to talk about today?”

Everyone shares what’s on their mind — team issues, cross-functional friction, strategy dilemmas, confidence dips, board pressure, planning challenges, career decisions. We surface the themes that matter most that week and dig into them together.

You’ll get spot-coaching from me, perspective from peers at your level, and the kind of candid conversation that’s hard to get inside your own organisation.

Why leaders join

Most people join for one of three reasons:

They want a regular space to think more clearly and make stronger decisions

They want input from peers who “get” the reality of their role

They’re tired of carrying everything alone

The group creates momentum, accountability and a sense of being in it with others — without the effort or rigidity of a structured programme.

It’s also more affordable than 1-to-1 coaching, making it a great option if your L&D budget is a little tighter.

The format

  • 6-8 people
  • Six sessions
  • Every other week
  • £995 per person
  • Fully confidential
  • Sessions run online and last around 60 minutes

It’s designed to be light on prep but high in value. You simply turn up with whatever’s going on for you that week.

Who it’s for

Heads, Directors and VPs of Design or Product who want:

  • clearer thinking
  • steadier leadership
  • better support
  • a place to talk honestly
  • practical next steps, not theory

If you’re stepping into bigger responsibilities, facing a tricky period, or just want to start the year with more confidence and less noise, this can help.

Joining the next cohort

I run these groups a few times a year. If you’d like to join the next cohort, or you’re curious whether this is the right fit, just send me a message. I’ll happily talk it through with you.
